David Arthur is a Deloitte Tax Partner based in Calgary and the Global Leader of Sustainability and Climate Change for Tax. He also leads Deloitte’s Canadian efforts and serves as the Prairie Provinces Market Leader for Tax.

David has 19 years of experience helping energy, resources, and industrial clients access government incentives and tax credits. Previously, he spent 17 years in pulp and paper, leading projects with positive environmental outcomes. A frequent speaker and co-author on incentive strategies, he continues to shape sustainability-driven financial solutions.
